By sending in your order, you are agreeing and acknowledging the terms outlined below.Floral Design:1. The images in our catalog represent our brand's overall floral design, style, and aesthetic. Due to seasonal availability and the unique nature of flowers, actual arrangements may vary. We reserve the right to make substitutions to ensure your bouquet's highest quality and freshness.
2. While we make every effort to provide the flowers as pictured, certain blooms and materials may be unavailable due to seasonal fluctuations or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, minor details may change if materials are unavailable, and the flowers will be substituted with those of equal or greater value. We will inform you of any changes beforehand.
3. Please be aware that the colors of flowers may appear differently in photographs due to variations in lighting and monitor settings. We strive for accuracy, but slight discrepancies may occur.
4. If you have specific pegs and color palettes provided for bespoke creations, note that we may not be able to replicate placement, color, and design 100%, but we will definitely strive to capture the given concept and color scheme.Ordering Process:1. It is important to consult us via Facebook or Instagram for flower availability and cost before placing your order through the order form. No cancellations once the form is submitted. For any changes in delivery address and other order details, please send a new form and inform us promptly of the changes made through Facebook or Instagram.
2. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an invoice sent via Facebook or Instagram. The invoice will serve as a quote and confirmation of your details. An order confirmation will be sent once you send proof of payment.Delivery:
1. Our team works diligently to meet delivery timelines. However, external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
2. Delivery and dispatch progress updates will be provided if no additional inquiries are made before dispatch.
The delivery fee depends on your location and will be done via Lalamove/Grab/Move It. You may also opt to book on your own and provide us with the rider details.
3. Full payments must be settled before dispatch. Note that partial payments may cause delays in delivery, so kindly settle the total amount indicated in the invoice before the given dispatch date and time.
4. All bouquets are guaranteed to be fresh, sealed, and packed carefully. We will also provide raw photos of the bouquet before dispatch as proof. However, due to the nature of third-party delivery services, we will not be held responsible for the mishandling or neglect of flowers during or after delivery.After Sales:1. For any questions, concerns, or special requests, please feel free to reach out to our team via Facebook or Instagram.
2. We highly appreciate positive feedback and reviews. We also encourage you to send photos and tag our account on your social posts regarding our blooms. We also hope to use your photos and reviews on our page with your permission.
